Trump's associates question his fitness, author Wolff says

Trump tweeted Friday that he gave "Zero access to White House (actually turned him down many times) for author of phony book!"

"Ladies and gentlemen, here you have the President of The United States (feeling nauseous as I type those words) confirming yet again via Twitter what an embarrassment he is", one Twitter user wrote. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Trump immediately lashed out at Bannon after the quotes were made public Thursday, saying the former chief strategist had "lost his mind" in an official statement.

Essentially since the start of the Trump presidents, the liberal media and Democrats have argued that the former businessman is unfit to run the country.

Wolff told NBC that he observed a "transformation" in the attitude of Trump's inner circle: Initially, they saw Trump as "an interesting, unique character" with potential for a successful presidency.

Asked whether Bannon was the main person leaking information to Wolff, Sanders said Bannon "spent a lot more time with reporters than he ever did with the president".

Author Michael Wolff's sensational book on President Donald Trump's administration is the top seller online. That included Bannon, who was fired in mid-August, representing the right-wing populists at odds with the Republican establishment.

Trump's attorney has demanded a halt to publication of the book or excerpts.

Identifying "mental stability" and being "really smart" as his two greatest assets, Trump in a series of tweets said that winning the presidential election on his first attempt qualifies him as a "genius". Try as they might, including a cease and desist letter and a threat of a lawsuit from Trump's personal attorney, the White House hasn't been able to quiet the buzz about "Fire And Fury".

With "Fire and Fury", there has already been speculation that Wolff burned some of his sources, using material that was meant to be "off the record".

Hamill has been championed on Twitter ever since. Allegations are going to come out. Caty Weaver was the editor. But that doesn't mean that a majority of people believe him.

Bannon called the meeting "treasonous" and "unpatriotic" and said the Russian overture should have been reported to the FBI.
