New book about Trump flying off local shelves

Sanders said that Bannon met on "multiple occasions" with Michael Wolff, author of "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House".

They've been arguing over allegations made in Michael Wolff's new book: Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House. They ordered that he stop communicating either confidential and or disparaging information, and preserve all records in preparation for "imminent" legal action. He was a pretty charming guy and wheedled his way into conversations as well as events and then would write about it. And you'd shake your head sometimes and think, I was there.

"Let me say forthrightly, this book is not about Steve Bannon".

'We have many great Republican members of Congress and candidates who are very supportive of the Make America Great Again agenda.

The author explained that he had asked the then-Republican candidate how he compared himself with "the populist movements in Europe, especially with the Brexit vote coming up". Steve was rarely in a one-on-one meeting with me and only pretends to have had influence to fool a few people with no access and no clue, whom he helped write phony books.

The furore has sent the book straight to the top of Amazon's charts. "I will quote Steve Bannon: 'He has lost it'".

"And he said what?", Mr Wolff said.

"What's happening now in this book, and so many other things, is the curtain is being pulled back and people are seeing Donald Trump for who he is", Wehner said.

The governor's office did not respond to a request for comment on Wolff's assertions. I absolutely spoke to the president.

Wolff writes, "The President insisted that the meeting in Trump Tower was purely and simply about Russian adoption policy". The biggest revelation from the book came from a series of interviews done with Steve Bannon, the former right-hand man to Trump who worked in both the campaign and briefly in the White House. So for instance, he inaccurately describes a report in the New York Times.

In his best-selling book "Burn Rate", for instance, about his time as an early Internet entrepreneur, Wolff "fabricated" a story about his father-in-law having open-heart surgery. A new order is arriving at her store on Tuesday.

"They all say he is like a child". He would come out of this campaign, Trump assured Ailes, with a far more powerful brand and untold opportunities.

He regularly sits in bed eating a cheeseburger at 6.30pm while calling his friends and watching three TVs.

"And the transformation was, you know, we thought this presidency could work", Wolff summarized.

"Rupert Murdoch called the President a "******* idiot". He returned to Breitbart after being fired, although he is reported to have continued to talk with Trump.

Ivanka does not escape unscathed.

An employee at Beers Books in downtown Sacramento described the interest for a single book as "unprecedented".
