Neymar lambastes Barcelona board for suing him

24 Agosto 2017

Barcelona want a 8.5m euros (£7.8m) renewal bonus Neymar received for signing a five-year deal - just nine months before his move - returned.

"FC Barcelona have sent a claim to be made against Neymar for breach of contract to the RFEF for it to be passed on to the French Football Federation [FFF] and FIFA", the statement read. "(Neymar) has already started formal proceedings to recover the money before the competent court".

The tall defender is seen with his arm around the Brazilian star, and he inscribes " he stays in Barcelona".

Interestingly, Messi's post came soon after Barcelona board launched their attack on Neymar, and according to the Daily Mail, the 'cold war' between the board and the players has only intensified.

"The club also requests Paris St-Germain take on responsibility for the payment of these fees if the player cannot do so himself", the Catalan club added.

There's been talk that Neymar's agent and father continued to hold up the PSG deal until after the end of July - to trigger an additional loyalty bonus of €26m to be paid by Barca.

Aunque la investigación sigue abierta, la policía sudanesa descartó, en principio, que haya sido asesinado. Con una amplia hoja en la materia, su última misión antes de Sudán fue en Ruanda (2006-2013).

"They are people that should not be at the club".

The same evening, FC Barcelona was playing its first game of la Liga in the face of the Bétis Seville, but the time was the recollection after the attacks, which have hit Spain (in Barcelona the previous Thursday, and then in Cambrils the next day). I spent four beautiful years there and I parted happy.

On the pitch, Neymar has enjoyed a stunning start to life in Paris. "Barca deserves much better".

"To see my former teammates unhappy makes me sad also, because I have many friends [there]".

Neymar's departure has seen club president Josep Maria Bartomeu, who criticised Neymar's behaviour over his transfer, come under intense pressure to resign, with the Brazilian the latest to stoke the fire.
